1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between w2j ("the Platform") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the w2j website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, "the Services"). These Terms apply to all users, including registered players, visitors, and any person who interacts with the w2j platform in any capacity.

By accessing the w2j platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the w2j platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the w2j platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by w2j or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

w2j reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by w2j may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of w2j services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

w2j operates a strict one account per person policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the w2j platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. w2j will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify w2j immediately by contacting our support team. w2j reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

w2j is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with w2j's KYC process, which may include providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. w2j reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

w2j accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions on the w2j platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your w2j account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. w2j is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. w2j aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, but reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

w2j reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, w2j will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on w2j are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine law. w2j does not provide tax advice and recommends that you consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

w2j may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• w2j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• w2j's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the w2j platform — including Crash, WL Live, European Roulette Pro, Caishen Wins, Mermaid Fishing, and Ocean King Jackpot — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

w2j uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the platform and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, w2j reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. w2j's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

6.1 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or that a technical error affected your gameplay, you must submit a formal dispute to w2j support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. w2j will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w2j platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the w2j platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing w2j staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any w2j software or system.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the w2j platform — including but not limited to the w2j brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of w2j or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the w2j platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any w2j content without prior written consent from w2j.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, w2j, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the w2j platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the w2j platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the w2j service for any reason, including scheduled maintenance.

w2j's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your w2j account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

w2j is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered w2j players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

w2j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Discovery that you are under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that you have registered multiple accounts.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. w2j is not obligated to return funds where account closure results from a breach of these Terms.

You may close your w2j account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

w2j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, w2j will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the w2j platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through w2j's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

w2j operates in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the w2j platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
